    Amendments to PSC No. 220 — Electricity, Effective 5/1/12 for the Removal of Late Payment Charges
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 4/19/12, the PSC adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's amendments to PSC No. 220 — Electricity, effective 5/1/12 for the removal of late payment charges on unpaid loan installment amounts.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 42(3), 65(6) and 66-m
    Subject:
    Amendments to PSC No. 220 — Electricity, effective 5/1/12 for the removal of late payment charges.
    Purpose:
    To approve amendments to PSC No. 220 — Electricity, effective 5/1/12 to effectuate the On-Bill Recovery program.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on April 19, 2012 adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's amendments to PSC No. 220 — Electricity, effective May 1, 2012 for the removal of late payment charges on unpaid loan installment amounts, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

    No changes.
