PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 4/19/12, the PSC adopted an order denying Corning Natural Gas Corporation's request to transfer certain assets consisting of pipelines 2, 3 and 6 to a subsidiary corporation.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 66, 70, 107 and 110

Denying the request to transfer certain assets consisting of pipelines 2, 3 and 6 to a subsidiary corporation.
Purpose:
To deny the request to transfer certain assets consisting of pipelines 2, 3 and 6 to a subsidiary corporation.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on April 19, 2012 adopted an order denying Corning Natural Gas Corporation's request to transfer certain assets consisting of pipelines 2, 3 and 6 to a subsidiary corporation, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
