PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of section 100.2(ee)(2) of Title 8 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Purpose:

To add language that was inadvertently omitted in a previous rule making.
