PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Repeal of section 2201.3 of Title 8 NYCRR.

Subject:
Veterans Tuition Awards Program.
Purpose:
The rule conforms existing regulation with amendments to Education Law section 669-a.
