PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 5/14/15, the PSC adopted an order authorizing the petition by 160 Madison Avenue LLC (Madison) to submeter electricity at 160 Madison Avenue, New York, New York.
