PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Commission is considering a joint proposal between National Grid and Staff of the Department of Public Service resolving all issues related to an investigation into National Grid's cost allocations, policies and procedures.

Consideration of a joint proposal resolving all issues related to an investigation into National Grid's cost allocations.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to approve, reject, or modify, in whole or in part, a May 23, 2014 Joint Proposal entered into between National Grid USA, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, The Brooklyn Union Gas Company, KeySpan Gas East Corporation (collectively “National Grid”) and Staff of the Department of Public Service purporting to resolve all issues related to Case 10-M-0451, the Commission’s investigation into National Grid’s Affiliate Cost Allocations, Policies and Procedures.
