PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:

Proposed action:

Amendment of Appendix(es) 2 of Title 4 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Civil Service Law, section 6(1)

Subject:

Jurisdictional classification.

Purpose:

To classify a position in the non-competitive class in the Executive Department.

Text of proposed rule:

Amend Appendix(es) 2 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the non-competitive class, in the Executive Department of the subheading “Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation,” by adding thereto the position of φDirector, National Purple Heart Hall of Honor (1).
