PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The commission, on May 16, 2007, adopted an order in Case 07-E-0160 approving the petition filed by American Metering and Planning Services, Inc., to submeter electricity at 343-345 W. 51st St., New York, NY.

Purpose:
