PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or in part, the petition filed by Energy Investment Systems, Inc., on behalf of Court Plaza Associates and ETC Management Corporation, to submeter electricity at 123-33 83rd Ave., Queens, NY.

Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Petition for the submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To consider the request of Energy Investment Systems, Inc., on behalf of Court Plaza Associates and ETC Management Corporation, to submeter electricity at 123-33 83rd Ave., Queens, NY.
