PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The commission, on May 16, 2007, adopted an order in Case 06-E-1233 approving the petition filed by Stellar Management, on behalf of West 97th Street Realty Corporation, to submeter electricity at 50 W. 97th St., New York, NY.

Petition for the submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To grant the request of Stellar Management, on behalf of West 97th Street Realty Corporation, to submeter electricity at 50 W. 97th St., New York, NY.

The Commission approved a request by Stellar Management, on behalf of West 97th Street Realty Corporation, to submeter electricity at 50 West 97th Street, New York, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
