PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
The Commission is considering a proposed tariff filing by Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation to make various changes in rates, charges, rules and regulations contained in its Schedule for Electric Service, PSC No. 15 — Electricity.
    Statutory authority:

To replace references to the OATT and to update the Power for Jobs rates.
    Substance of proposed rule:
The Commission is considering a filing by Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation (Central Hudson or the company) to replace references to the company’s Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) on file with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) with references to the New York Independent System Operator’s OATT on file with FERC. These changes are required to reflect the cancellation of Central Hudson’s OATT.
