    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 22, 64, 65(1), (2), (3), (5), 66(1), (2), (5), (8), (9), (10) and (12)
    Subject:

    Purpose:
To consider Petitions for rehearing of the April 20, 2015 Order Continuing and Expanding the Standby Rate Exemption.
    Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering two Petitions filed on May 20, 2015, from Durst Organization, Inc. (Durst) and Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc., Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid, New York State Gas & Electric Corporation, Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation, (collectively, the Utilities), requesting rehearing of the April 20, 2015 Order Continuing and Expanding the Standby Rate Exemption in Case 14-E-0488.
