PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On May 21, 2008, the Public Service Commission adopted an order approving the petition filed by Collins Yonkers II LLC, to submeter electricity at One Alexander St., Yonkers, NY.

Subject:
Petition for the submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To grant the petition of Collins Yonkers II LLC, to submeter electricity at One Alexander St., Yonkers, NY.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on May 21, 2008, adopted an order in Case 08-E-0140 approving a petition by Collins Yonkers II LLC, to submeter electricity at One Alexander Street, Yonkers, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
