    Submetering of Natural Gas Service by General Motors Corporation
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On May 21, 2008, the Public Service Commission adopted an order approving the petition of General Motors Corporation to submeter natural gas service at Salina Industrial Powerpark, One General Motors Dr., Syracuse, NY.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 65(1), 66(2), (3), (4), (5), (8), (9), (10), (12) and (14)
    Subject:
    Submetering natural gas service.
    Purpose:
    To approve General Motors Corporation to submeter natural gas.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on May 21, 2008, adopted an order approving the petition of General Motors Corporation to submeter natural gas service at Salina Industrial Powerpark, One General Motors Drive, Syracuse, New York, located in the territory of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
    Final rule compared with proposed rule:
    No changes.
