PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Commission is considering a petition from New York State Electric & Gas Corporation and others requesting approval of the transfer of the Seneca Lake Gas Storage Facility and related equipment to Inergy Midstream LLC.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 70
Subject:
Approval of the transfer of ownership of the Seneca Lake Gas Storage Facility and related equipment.
Purpose:
Consideration of approval of the transfer of ownership of the Seneca Lake Gas Storage Facility and related equipment.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering a petition from New York State Electric & Gas Corporation (NYSEG), Inergy Midsteam LLC (Inergy) and others requesting approval of the transfer of the Seneca Lake Gas Storage Facility, related gas pipelines and appurtenant equipment from NYSEG to Inergy subsidiaries. The Commission may adopt, reject or modify, in whole or in part, the relief proposed.
