    Expansion of Con Edison's ESCO Referral Program to Include New Customers
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 5/14/09, the PSC adopted an order approving Consolidated Edison Company of New York Inc.'s request to expand its ESCO referral program to new service initiation customers with modifications as proposed in its ESCO Referral Report.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 5(1)(b), 65(1) and 66(1)
    Subject:
    Expansion of Con Edison's ESCO referral program to include new customers.
    Purpose:
    To approve the ESCO referral program to new service initiation customers with modifications.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on May 14, 2009, adopted an order approving Consolidated Edison Company of New York Inc.’s request to expand its ESCO referral program to new service initiation customers with modifications as proposed in its ESCO Referral Report, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

    No changes.
