    Amendment of the Rules for the Classified Service in Appendix 1 of Title 4 NYCRR.

    Section 6(1) of the Civil Service Law
    Subject:
    Jurisdictional classification.
    Purpose:
    To delete a position from and classify positions in the exempt class in the Department of Health.
