    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    Amendment of Appendix 2 of Title 4 NYCRR.
    Statutory authority:
    Civil Service Law, section 6(1)
    Subject:
    Jurisdictional Classification.
    Purpose:
    To classify positions in the non-competitive classes.
    Text of proposed rule:
    Amend Appendix 2 of the Rules for the Classified Service, listing positions in the non-competitive class, in the Executive Department under the subheading “Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services,” by adding thereto the positions of DHSES Logistics Manager (1), DHSES Logistics Specialist (6) and DHSES Logistics Supervisor (3).
