    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    Amendment of section 720.8(a)(5) of Title 7 NYCRR.
    Statutory authority:
    Correction Law, section 112
    Subject:
    Inmate Correspondence Program.
    Purpose:
    To clarify Department policy regarding postage "stamp buys" for inmates admitted to Special Housing Units.
