PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Amendment of section 525.12(g)(1) of Title 9 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Executive Law, sections 624, 626 and 631

Subject:

Providing award caps and eligibility for burial expenses.

Purpose:

To enumerate the caps and those eligible for burial expenses for homicide victims at certain periods in history.
