    An Ownership Transfer Transaction for an Electric Generation Facility
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Commission is considering a petition from Saranac Power Partners, L.P., addressing a transfer of ownership interests in its 252 MW electric generation facility located in Plattsburgh, New York.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 5(2) and 70
    Subject:
    An ownership transfer transaction for an electric generation facility.
    Purpose:
    To consider actions for an ownership transfer transaction for an electric generation facility.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Commission is considering a petition from Saranac Power Partners, L.P., addressing a transfer of ownership interests in its 252 MW electric generation facility located in Plattsburgh, New York. The Commission may adopt, reject or modify, in whole or in part, the relief proposed and may resolve related matters.
