PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 5/14/15, the PSC adoped the modifications to the existing Inter-Carrier Service Quality Guidelines to include 13 administrative changes and 108 specific performance measurement process changes.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 94(2)
Subject:
Allowing the modifications to the existing Inter-Carrier Service Quality Guildelines to become effective.
Purpose:
To allow the modifications to the existing Inter-Carrier Service Quality Guidelines to become effective.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on May 14, 2015, adopted the modifications to the existing Inter-Carrier Service Quality Guidelines to include 13 administrative changes and 108 specific performance measurement process changes to become effective.

No changes.
