    The Transfer of Certain Real Property with an Original Cost Under $100,000 in the City of Glens Falls
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed action:
    The commission is considering whether to approve, modify or reject, in whole or in part, the filing by Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid for the transfer of certain real property in the City of Glens Falls.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 70
    Subject:
    The transfer of certain real property with an original cost under $100,000 in the City of Glens Falls.
    Purpose:
    To consider the filing for the transfer of certain real property in the City of Glens Falls.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Public Service Commission (the Commission) is considering whether to approve, modify or reject, in whole or in part, the filing by Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid for the transfer of certain real property located at Mohican Street in the City of Glens Falls with an original cost of less than one hundred thousand dollars.
