    Authorization to Form a Holding Company and for Approval of Certain Related Transactions
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 5/16/13, the PSC adopted an order approving a joint proposal authorizing Corning Natural Gas Corporation to reorganize its current and prospective businesses into a holding company structure with modifications and conditions.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 70, 107, 108 and 110
    Subject:
    Authorization to form a holding company and for approval of certain related transactions.
    Purpose:
    To authorize forming a holding company and for approval of certain related transactions.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on May 16, 2013, adopted an order approving the terms and conditions of a joint proposal by Corning Natural Gas Corporation and Staff of the Department of Public Service approving the formation of a holding company and certain related transactions, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

    No changes.
