PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
The commission, on May 16, 2007, adopted an order requiring Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (Con Edison) to implement a gas efficiency program for the 2007-08 heating season.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4, 5, 65, 66 and 66-c
Subject:
Gas efficiency program for Con Edison.
Purpose:
To approve filing and implementation of gas efficiency plan.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission adopted an order requiring Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (Con Edison) to implement a gas efficiency program for the 2007-08 heating season, subject to the terms and conditions or the order.

No changes.
