    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 5/17/12, the PSC adopted an order authorizing the petition of New York State Electric & Gas Corporation to lease a portion of its office space at 18 Link Drive, Binghamton, New York.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 2(11), 5(1)(b) and 70
    Subject:
    Authorizing the petition to lease a portion of office space at 18 Link Drive, Binghamton, New York.
    Purpose:
    To approve the petition to lease a portion of office space at 18 Link Drive, Binghamton, New York.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on May 17, 2012 adopted an order authorizing the petition of New York State Electric & Gas Corporation to lease a portion of its office space at 18 Link Drive, Binghamton, New York to Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P and O'Brien and Gere Engineers, Inc., subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

    No changes.
