PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 52.21(c)(7) of Title 8 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Education Law, sections 207 (not subdivided), 210 (not subdivided), 305(1), (2), 3001(2) and 3007(2)
Subject:
Clinically rich principal preparation program.
Purpose:
Amend the clinical experience component to allow program providers to offer less than a year of mentored clinical experience.
