    Notice of Public Hearing and Commission Meeting
    AGENCY: Susquehanna River Basin Commission.
    ACTION: Notice of Public Hearing and Commission Meeting.
    SUMMARY: The Susquehanna River Basin Commission will hold a public hearing as part of its regular business meeting on June 23, 2011, in North East, Maryland. At the public hearing, the Commission will consider: 1) a compliance matter involving one project; 2) the rescission of two docket approvals; 3) action on certain water resources projects; 4) action on seven projects involving a diversion; 5) an administrative appeal of Docket Nos. 20110316, 20110317, and 20110318, by the Allegheny Defense Project; 6) amendments to the Regulatory Program Fee Schedule; and 7) amendment of the Comprehensive Plan for Management of the Water Resources of the Susquehanna River Basin. Details concerning the matters to be addressed at the public hearing and business meeting are contained in the Supplementary Information section of this notice.

    Department of State F-2011-0076 Date of Issuance - June 8, 2011
    The New York State Department of State (DOS) is required by Federal regulations to provide timely public notice for the activities described below, which are subject to the consistency provisions of the Federal Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972, as amended.
    The applicant has certified that the proposed activity complies with and will be conducted in a manner consistent with the approved New York State Coastal Management Program. The applicant's consistency certification and accompanying public information and data are available for inspection at the New York State Department of State offices located at One Commerce Plaza, 99 Washington Avenue, in Albany, New York.
    In F-2011-0076, Peter and Susan Solomon Pink House, LLC is proposing to replace existing 82' dock & 140 square foot bulkhead at 42 Highway Behind the Pond, Village of East Hampton, and Suffolk County.
    The proposed activity would be undertaken in a State designated Coastal Erosion Hazard Area (CEHA), designated in accordance with Article 34 of the State Environmental Conservation Law and its implementing regulations in 6 NYCRR Part 505.     PUBLIC NOTICE
    Department of State Notice of Review- POSTPONED Hudson River Significant Coastal Fish and Wildlife Habitats
    The New York State Department of State, in cooperation with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, is retracting the public notice published on May 25, 2011 regarding public review of Significant Coastal Fish and Wildlife Habitat documentation for habitat areas located along the Hudson River in the Counties of Albany, Rensselaer, Columbia, Green, Ulster, Dutchess, Orange, Rockland, and Westchester. The public review and comment period has been postponed and will be open for one month beginning June 15, 2011.
    A total of 35 previously designated Significant Coastal Fish and Wildlife Habitats areas along the Hudson River have been revised to 33 Significant Coastal Fish and Wildlife Habitats and 7 new habitat areas have been recommended for designation by the Department of Environmental Conservation under the State's Coastal Management Program as administered by the Department of State. Boundary extensions have been proposed for 14 habitats and four habitats have been combined into two.
    The purpose of this notice is to obtain comments relevant to the accuracy of the information contained in the proposed draft habitat documentation. Copies of the narratives and maps describing and depicting boundaries for the habitat will be available for download at http://nyswaterfronts.com on June 15, 2011.
