PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 5/19/16, the PSC adopted an order directing Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid (National Grid) to file amendments to the tariff leaves attached to its Incremental CapEx Petition.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, section 66
Subject:
Incremental CapEx Petition.
Purpose:
To direct National Grid to file amendments to the tariff leaves attached to its Incremental CapEx Petition.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on May 19, 2016, adopted an order directing Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid (National Grid) to file amendments to the tariff leaves attached to its Incremental CapEx Petition, to use accumulated deferred credits associated with both its electric and gas operations to offset a portion of the revenue requirement associated with its proposed expenditures for its operations over its fiscal years of 2017 and 2018, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
