    Amendments to DLM Programs, Contained in P.S.C. No. 220 — Electricity
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 5/19/16, the PSC adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's (National Grid) amendments to Dynamic Load Management (DLM) Programs, contained in P.S.C. No. 220 — Electricity.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 65 and 66
    Subject:
    Amendments to DLM Programs, contained in P.S.C. No. 220 — Electricity.
    Purpose:
    To approve National Grid's amendments to DLM Programs, contained in P.S.C. No. 220 — Electricity.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on May 19, 2016, adopted an order approving Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation d/b/a National Grid's amendments to Dynamic Load Management Programs, contained in P.S.C. No. 220 — Electricity, and directed the company to file further revisions to effectuate the changes, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

    No changes.
