PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 5/19/16, the PSC adopted an order approving the emergency order issued on February 23, 2016 on a permanent basis.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 89-b and 89-c(2)
Purpose:
To approve the emergency rule on a permanent basis.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on May 19, 2016, adopted an order approving the emergency Order Commencing Proceeding and Requiring Emergency Action, filed on February 23, 2016, on a permanent basis, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
Final rule as compared with last published rule:
No changes.
