    Waivers of the Requirements of Rule 47 and Rule 8.6
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 5/13/10, the PSC adopted an order approving, the petition of Walden Park Associates, LP for waivers of the requirements of Rule 47 and Rule 8.6.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 2, 5, 65 and 66
    Subject:
    Waivers of the requirements of Rule 47 and Rule 8.6.
    Purpose:
    To approve waivers of the requirements of Rule 47 and Rule 8.6.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on May 13, 2010, adopted an order approving the petition of Walden Park Associates, LP as a senior living facility. It is exempt from the individual residential unit metering requirements of Opinion No. 76-17, and granted waivers of the requirements of Rule 47 and Rule 8.6. It may be master metered and private transformers may be utilized without the payment of lost revenues (the aggregation fee) specified in Rule 47, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
