PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Amendment of section 154-2.3(h) of Title 8 NYCRR.

Subject:
Pupils with Limited English Proficiency.
Purpose:
Technical amendments relating to Units of Study and Provision of Credits For English As A New Language and Native Language Arts.
