    Petition to Submeter Electricity
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the Petition to submeter electricity filed by 39 Plaza Housing Corporation, for the premises located at 39 Plaza Street West, Brooklyn, New York.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
    Subject:
    Petition to Submeter electricity.
    Purpose:
    To consider the request of 39 Plaza Housing Corporation to submeter electricity at 39 Plaza Street West, Brooklyn, New York.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the Petition filed by 39 Plaza Housing Corporation, to submeter electricity at 39 Plaza Street West, Brooklyn, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., and to take other actions necessary to address the Petition.
