Request of NGT for Lightened Regulation as a Gas Corporation
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
The Commission is considering whether to approve, reject, or modify (in whole or in part) the request of Niagara Gas Transport of Lockport, NY LLC (NGT).

On June 11, 2013, Niagara Gas Transport of Lockport, NY LLC (NGT) filed a petition seeking lightened regulation as a gas corporation in connection with its provision of gas service to Cambria Asphalt Products, Inc.
