PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed action:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or in part, the petition filed by 123 Washington LLC to submeter electricity at 123 Washington St., New York, NY.

Purpose:
To submeter electricity at 123 Washington St., New York, NY.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering whether to grant, deny or modify, in whole or part, the petition filed by 123 Washington LLC to submeter electricity at 123 Washington Street, New York, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., filed in C26998.
