    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 6/14/12, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of United Suites at Washington Square, LLC to submeter electricity at 107 Washington Ave., Schenectady, New York, located in the territory of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, d/b/a National Grid.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
    Subject:
    To submeter electricity at 107 Washington Avenue, Schenectady, New York.
    Purpose:
    To approve United Suites at Washington Square, LLC to submeter electricity at 107 Washington Ave., Schenectady, New York.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on June 14, 2012 adopted an order approving the petition of United Suites at Washington Square, LLC to submeter electricity at 107 Washington Avenue, Schenectady, New York, located in the territory of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, d/b/a National Grid.
