PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 6/16/11, the PSC adopted an order approving the petition of Union Grove Associates, LLC to submeter electricity at 1468 Hoe Avenue, a/k/a Rev. Fletcher C. Crawford Housing, Bronx, New York.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 2, 4(1), 30, 32-48, 52, 53, 65(1), 66(1), (2), (3), (4), (12) and (14)
Subject:
Petition for the submetering of electricity.
Purpose:
To approve the petition of Union Grove Associates, LLC to submeter electricity at 1468 Hoe Avenue, Bronx, New York.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on June 16, 2011 adopted an order approving the Union Grove Associates, LLC to submeter electricity at 1468 Hoe Avenue, a/k/a Rev. Fletcher C. Crawford Housing, Bronx, New York, located in the territory of Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc., subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
