PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 6/17/10, the PSC adopted an order approving the implementation of Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation proposed Home Energy Reporting Program to be administered within the budgets and targets set forth by the Commission.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(2) and 66(1)
Subject:
Implementation of Central Hudson's Home Energy Reporting Program.
Purpose:
To approve the implementation of Central Hudson's Home Energy Reporting Program.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on June 17, 2010, adopted an order approving the implementation of Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation proposed Home Energy Reporting Program to be administered within the budgets and targets set forth by the Commission, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

No changes.
