    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed Action:
    The Commission is considering Petitions for Rehearing of the Commission's February 4, 2010 Order in Case 07-C-1541 establishing a rate for the termination of Sprint Nextel's wireless traffic over XChange Telcom, Inc.'s network.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 97(3) and 22
    Subject:
    To consider various rehearing petitions.
    Purpose:
    To reconsider a rate for the termination of wireless traffic over XChange's network.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Commission is considering whether to approve or reject, in whole or in part, rehearing petitions of the Commission's February 4, 2010 order in Case 07-C-1541 establishing a rate for the termination of Sprint Nextel's wireless traffic over XChange Telcom, Inc.'s network.
