    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 6/17/10, the PSC adopted an order approving in part and denying in part, The Brooklyn Union Gas Company d/b/a National Grid NY (KEDNY) and KeySpan Gas East Corporation d/b/a National Grid's (KEDLI) request for additional funding of EEPS programs.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(2) and 66(1)
    Subject:
    Commercial and industrial gas Energy Efficiency Programs.
    Purpose:
    To approve in part and deny in part commercial and industrial gas Energy Efficiency Programs.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on June 17, 2010, adopted an order approving in part and denying in part, The Brooklyn Union Gas Company d/b/a National Grid NY (KEDNY) and KeySpan Gas East Corporation d/b/a National Grid’s (KEDLI) request for additional funding of EEPS programs, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

    No changes.
