PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Repeal of section 103.45 of Title 7 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Correction Law, sections 70 and 652
Purpose:
To repeal the section since it no longer applies to any person in accordance with New York State Court of Appeals ruling.
