PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
Amendment of section 175.5 of Title 8 NYCRR.
Statutory authority:
Education Law, sections 101(not subdivided), 207(not subdivided) and 3604(8)
Subject:
Superintendents' conference days.
Purpose:
Extend for four years provision allowing use of up to two superintendents' conference days for teacher rating of State assessments.
