PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On June 18, 2009, the PSC adopted an order approving, with modifications Fishers Island Electric Corporation's amendments to PSC 1—Electricity, to increase its annual electric revenues of $174,755, or 10.1%, effective July 1, 2009.
