    Iberdrola's Code of Conduct for All Outstanding Issues, Affiliate Transactions and Cost Allocations
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 6/18/09, the PSC approved the joint proposal of Iberdrola, S.A., Energy East Corporation, et. al., for a Code of Conduct for all outstanding issues, including, but not limited to affiliate transactions and cost allocation.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 2, 5, 70 and 110
    Subject:
    Iberdrola's Code of Conduct for all outstanding issues, affiliate transactions and cost allocations.
    Purpose:
    To approve a Code of Conduct for all outstanding issues, affiliate transactions and cost allocations.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on June 18, 2009, adopted an order, approving the Joint Proposal of Iberdrola, S.A., Energy East Corporation, RGS Energy Group, Inc., Greene Acquisition Capital, Inc., New York State Electric & Gas Corporation and Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation for a Code of Conduct for all outstanding issues, including, but not limited to affiliate transactions and cost allocation, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

    No changes.
