    Multifamily and Multifamily Low-Income Residential Electric Energy Efficiency Programs
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
    Action taken:
    On 6/18/09, the PSC adopted an order approving, with modifications, two electric energy efficiency programs designed to serve the multifamily building customer market segment to be administered by New York State Energy Research and Development Authority.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, sections 4(1), 5(2) and 66(1)
    Subject:
    Multifamily and multifamily low-income residential electric energy efficiency programs.
    Purpose:
    To approve electric energy efficiency programs designed to serve the multifamily building customer market segment.
    Substance of final rule:
    The Commission, on June 18, 2009, adopted an order approving, with modifications, two electric energy efficiency programs designed to serve the multifamily building customer market segment to be administered by New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.

    No changes.
