PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:
Action taken:
On 6/18/09, the PSC adopted an order approving the joint petition of New York State Electric & Gas Corporation and Nucor Steel Auburn, Inc. for modifications to an electric service agreement.
Statutory authority:
Public Service Law, sections 5(1)(b), 64, 65(1), 66(1), (5), (9), (10), (12) and (12-b)
Subject:
Approval of an amendment to an electric service agreement.
Purpose:
To approve an amendment to an electric service agreement.
Substance of final rule:
The Commission, on June 18, 2009, adopted an order approving the joint petition of New York State Electric & Gas Corporation (NYSEG) and Nucor Steel Auburn, Inc. for a second amendment to the flexible rate contract, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the order.
