PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
Proposed Action:
The Commission is considering Crestwood Pipeline East, LLC petition to increase its authorized financing limit from $3 billion to $4.5 billion.

Subject:
Financing proposed by Crestwood Pipeline East, LLC.
Purpose:
To consider the financing proposed by Crestwood Pipeline East, LLC.
Substance of proposed rule:
The Public Service Commission is considering a petition filed on June 12, 2015 by Crestwood Pipeline East, LLC requesting approval, pursuant to Public Service Law (PSL) Section 69, to increase its authorized financing limit from $3 billion to $4.5 billion. The Commission may adopt, reject or modify, in whole or in part, the relief proposed and may resolve related matters.
