PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following action:

Action taken:

Repeal of sections 100.1(q) and (r), 100.2(u) and (v), 110.6 and amendment of section 110.3 and Parts 144 and 175 of Title 8 NYCRR.

Statutory authority:

Education Law, sections 101 (not subdivided), 207 (not subdivided), 305(1), (2), (20) and 3602; and L. 2007, ch. 57

Subject:

State aid.

Purpose:

To establish criteria for determining the reasonable and necessary expenses to be paid by school districts.
