    Issuance of Long-Term Indebtedness in the Principal Amount of $6,000,000
    PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE State Administrative Procedure Act, NOTICE is hereby given of the following proposed rule:
    Proposed action:
    A petition filed by Corning Natural Gas Corporation (Corning) for authority, pursuant to Public Service Law 69, to issue long-term indebtedness in the principal amount of $6,000,000 for the purpose of refunding existing obligations and financing new construction.
    Statutory authority:
    Public Service Law, section 69
    Subject:
    Issuance of long-term indebtedness in the principal amount of $6,000,000.
    Purpose:
    Issuance of long-term indebtedness.
    Substance of proposed rule:
    The Public Service Commission is considering whether to approve, deny or modify, in whole or in part, a petition by Corning Natural Gas Corporation for authority, pursuant to PSL 69, to issue long-term indebtedness in the principal amount of $6,000,000 for the purpose of refunding existing obligations and financing new construction. The Commission may approve, reject or modify, in whole or in part, the relief requested by Corning.
